1st EUBC European Cup

European Boxing Confederation is very pleased to announce the organization of the EUBC European Cup in the city of Kharkiv from 22 to 23 October 2010 (arrival day - October, 21, departure day - October, 24).

European Cup is an individual competition conducted under AIBA Technical and Competition Rules with the bouts for the 3rd place after one lost bout.
The competitions will be held in 10 weight categories: 46-49 kg; 52 kg; 56kg; 60 kg; 64 kg; 69 kg; 75 kg; 81 kg; 91 kg; +91 kg.

The participants of this new competition are 4 best boxers in each weight category. The boxers’ selection is based on the European ranking established on the results of the World Championships Milan 2009, AIBA President Cup Baku 2009 and European Championships Moscow 2010.
